We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting project managers, teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in Project Planning: Work closely with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and schedules. Help in setting realistic goals, identifying resources, and establishing clear deliverables.
• Track and Monitor Progress: Oversee project tasks and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Update project documentation and regularly communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate Meetings and Communication: Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, document key decisions and action items, and facilitate effective communication among team members.
• Manage Documentation: Maintain project documents, files, and records. Ensure that all necessary documentation is current, organized, and accessible to the team.
• Handle Project Resources: Assist in resource allocation and scheduling, ensuring team members are available when needed and tracking any changes in resource requirements.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, communicate these to the project manager, and support mitigation efforts as needed.
• Support Budget Management: Assist in tracking project expenses and budgets, making sure that expenditures align with project goals and reporting any discrepancies.
• Ensure Quality Standards: Help ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the requirements set by stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a project coordinator, project management, or similar role. Experience in [industry or field, e.g., technology, construction] is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, MS Project, or Trello)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of budgeting and resource management
• Certifications: Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus.
